Hmmmmm just thought to say something abt water....
Nearly 70% of the body is nade of water.Water is essential nutrient for body function, it aids digestion,regulates body tempature,carries oxygen and nutrients to cells,cushions joints and protect tissues and organ from shocks and damage...............................
It is important to drink plenty of fluids and prevent contamination of water with harmful bacteria......................
